Cancellation and Return
Due to the perishable and custom nature of our floral arrangements and gift sets, all sales are final and non-refundable once an order has been placed and processed.
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can accept cancellations only if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched. Once an item is in production or out for delivery, it can no longer be canceled or changed.
We do not accept returns on fresh flowers, plants, or customized gift items. However, if there is an issue with your order — such as damaged items or a delivery concern — please reach out to us within 2 hours of delivery. We’re committed to ensuring your experience is beautiful and right.
