We offer complimentary delivery to zipcodes in Playa Vista, Weschester, El Segundo, Mar Vista, Culver City and Marina Del Rey up to 5 miles. For hand-deliveries outside our free delivery area, a fee will be applied. We also offer an express delivery, white glove delivery, scheduled time delivery and shipping services on some orders.

REQUESTS FOR SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIMES:

Because of multiple variables, including the traffic in Los Angeles and Orange County, we are unable to guarantee deliveries at a specific time. However, you can request a delivery time frame by filling in the special instruction box when completing your order, and we will do our best to deliver the arrangement within your preferred time frame. In addition, you are always welcome to call us so that one of our team members can handle your request personally.

IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT HOME:

In the case that the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, we will contact you or recipient by phone unless you provided us with special instructions on your order form. While we do our due diligence to reach you, if we miss you we will leave the delivery in a safe place, such as in a shaded area on the front porch or with a neighbor, or we may leave a message to call to arrange for future delivery for the additional cost. In majority of cases, we do not re-deliver. We leave the order in a safe place notifying the sender and the recipient. We ar enot responsible for the product after the delivery is made. 

THE RECIPIENT MAY BE CONTACTED:

We may need to contact the recipient to ensure someone will be home to accept delivery or to confirm the address, or to leave the delivery in a safe place unless you tell us not to contact them in the special instruction box when completing your order.
