To make your selection easier, unless a specific size is mentioned in the product description, our arrangements are available in three signature sizes:

Petite – A charming gesture with a soft touch (approximately 12 inches tall)

Classic – A balanced and elegant bouquet (approximately 18 inches tall)

Grande – A full, statement-making arrangement (approximately 25 inches tall)

Please note that fresh flowers are natural and seasonal, so varieties may vary slightly based on availability. This may cause subtle differences in shape or size. Rest assured — our floral designers will always do their best to match the overall look, feel, and beauty of your chosen arrangement.

If you have any specific preferences or non-negotiable elements that must be included or maintained, please let us know at the time of ordering — we’ll do our best to honor your request.

While we always strive to match the design and overall aesthetic of the product as shown, occasional substitutions may be necessary due to seasonal availability or supply.

For floral arrangements, substitutions will always be made with blooms of equal or greater value, while maintaining the original style, color palette, and mood.

For gift sets, we may replace unavailable items with similar alternatives of equal or higher quality to ensure a beautiful and complete presentation.

Due to the perishable and custom nature of our floral arrangements and gift sets, all sales are final and non-refundable once an order has been placed and processed.

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can accept cancellations only if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched. Once an item is in production or out for delivery, it can no longer be canceled or changed.

We do not accept returns on fresh flowers, plants, or customized gift items. However, if there is an issue with your order — such as damaged items or a delivery concern — please reach out to us within  2 hours of delivery. We’re committed to ensuring your experience is beautiful and right.
